What the role is:You are responsible for developing and implementing succession planning initiatives to identify, groom, and deploy personnel for pinnacle appointments.What you will be working on:On this, you collaborate and communicate with senior leadership and officers to ensure that personnel planning aligns with the goals and objectives of the organisation. You also implement and enforce manpower policies, seek approval of deployment plans, process posting orders, collaborate with different stakeholders to provide and nominate talent for development opportunities, engage, educate, and advise active and retired senior officers on the full range of service schemes, benefits, welfare, awards, and compensation related matters. In addition, you assess and provide recommendations on applications relating to manpower policies and follow up with the administering of the necessary documents. Lastly, you engage and update the senior officers on their retirement benefits, facilitate their career transition, ensure a smooth exit management process, and collaborate with stakeholders in the formulation and review of policies, processes, and implementation of e-HR systems.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 2 years\' human resource experience. Possession of good interpersonal and communication skills is essential. You must be resourceful and innovative. You must demonstrate proficiency in e-HR systems, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
