Manager, HR Business Partner





Job Purpose


As part of the Human Resource Business Partner team, you will partner Business Unit by taking a proactive and consultative approach in key human resource areas to deliver and achieve business goals as well as maintaining good employee relations with line managers through dialogues, coaching and counselling.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the full cycle of recruitment process as well as handle related administration
  • Ensure healthy staffing while partnering hiring managers to provide resourcing needs and to maintain strong working relationship
  • Collaborate with HR specialist teams to ensure consistent and integrated HR support to the business in performance management, industrial relations, and development


Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Possess Degree with preferably 5-6 years of relevant hands-on HR experience, especially in the area of recruitment.
  • Experience in transport and operations-related industries would be advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of local labour law.
