The HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC) Manager plays an important role in driving service excellence. You will be responsible for designing efficient internal processes and delivering a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee life cycle. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and will be the main point of contact for all HRSSC-related issues, providing timely advice and guidance to employees.

  • Overall responsible for employee life cycle including but not limited to onboarding, employee internal movements, payroll, benefits administration, leave administration, and offboarding.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and collaborating with stakeholders to implement standardization and simplification initiatives to drive higher efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive resolution of employee issues and constantly identify opportunities to improve HRSSC.
  • Responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality in employee data on HRIS.
  • Manage outsourced service providers and vendors for payroll, and insurance claims where applicable.
  • Responsible for overseeing the payroll team for accurate and timely execution of in-house payroll using the SAP Payroll System.
  • Negotiate and review service contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor budget, analyze expenses, and identify cost savings opportunities.
  • Ensure HRSSC is in full compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Execute documentation of internal people movements, processes, and controls as applicable.
  • Responsible for all work visa applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM Regulation.
  • Maintenance of internal salary range and salary matrix, collation and refresh of external salary benchmarking sources for compensation activities, and advisory to stakeholders.
  • Management of various HR Manpower-related grants, including liaison with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor grant reporting schedules and deadlines, implementation per grant requirements, monthly finance grant accruals, and submission of claim documentation to ensure consistent grant processing and fund allocation to cost centers
  • Manage internal and external audit activities for the HR department with various stakeholders
  • Management and execution of all compensation-related projects and activities, such as Annual and mid-year compensation cycles, including salary review and increment exercise, bonuses payout and other ad hoc payments.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and BU Heads for employees\xe2\x80\x99 biannual performance management cycles and compensation-related matters.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Shared Service Center or Operations
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading payroll and C&B administration
  • Proficiency in SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, regulations, market practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to move quickly in both strategic design and practical execution to meet the needs of the team and business in a fast-paced environment
Other Information:
  • IHRP-CP or SP Certification
  • Familiarity with Google workspace collaborative tools
