Job Description

You will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all Human Resources functions, partnering closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives. This role is instrumental in shaping organisational culture, strengthening leadership capability, and building a sustainable, high-performance workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive HR strategy, policies, and frameworks aligned with business and growth objectives
Lead and oversee all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, learning & development, succession planning, and employee engagement
Design and govern a performance management and rewards framework that aligns individual and organisational performance
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on employee relations, organisational design, and change management
Ensure strong HR governance, compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements, and effective risk management
Optimise HR operations, systems, and processes to support scalability and organisational effectiveness
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; professional HR certification (e.g. IHRP, SHRM, CIPD) preferred
Minimum 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated leadership at a senior or managerial level; start-up or growth-stage experience is an advantage
Strong track record in leading strategic HR initiatives across talent management, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
Ability to operate independently and make sound, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Proven leadership capability with a strategic, hands-on approach
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
