Manager-in-Training will go through a 6 months\' structured training in both Front & Back of House before moving up to becoming a full fledge certified Manager
Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth running of restaurant operations
Attend to customers\' request and queries
Communicate effectively between kitchen staff and service staff
Supervise service staff and provide assistance when required
Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations within outlet
Requirements and skills:
Work experience as Restaurant / Assistant Manager or similar roles
Passion for the F&B and service industry
Positive attitude and a team player
Familiarity with restaurant management software, POS system and payment terminal, etc.
Positive customer service attitude
Communication and team management abilities
Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. Public holidays & weekends)
