Your Job:

Lead a team of 12 Engineers for the following deliverables:

Layout Design - identify fab floor space and provide layout design and solution to support fab capacity expansion plan with minimum capex - includes existing tools relocation and reclamation of existing building areas. Layout design covers cleanroom and sub-fab for tools from different modules using AutoCAD software. (Taking into consideration cleanroom class, vibration specs, sub fab items, specialty gases, chemicals required, auto-3 feasibility and etc.)

Layout Execution - Plan and execute tool move in / move out / space reclamation activities at timely manner to meet capacity ramp plan, covering the whole process from floor marking, permit approval to site survey to ensure smooth execution and coordination with Logistics & Procurement to ensure smooth tool delivery to dock.

Projects Management - Ensuring projects on schedule through proper tracking of activities timeline & any fab expansion projects study and execution.

Finance Budgeting - work on the budgetary forecast capex needed for Tool MIMO activities, Facility Infrastructure enablement (electrical, chemical systems, gasses, clean room conversion).

Line Analytics - Drive implementation of Equipment UPH Analyzer (ATC3.0), Entitlement Cycle time, Cross-fab moves modeling and analysis (through collaboration with consultant) and explore long-term simulation capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent experience

Experience: Min 10 years in semiconductor industry

Language Fluency - English (written & verbal)

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various technical and Executive leadership teams.

People leadership experience.
