Job Description

:

A key member of the Infra Operations & Cloud Architecture team within the Technology Group, you will oversee all IT infrastructure operations, deliver IT services and maintain system availability to support the business needs. You will also drive initiatives and programs on cyber security across the organization to identify risk, ensuring the effectiveness of controls are in place and to protect the organization from cyber security threats.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT infrastructure operations, maintaining IT system availability to ensure continuous business operations uptime
• Collaborate with technology team leaders and all functions across various department to plan and manage the delivery, improving on existing infrastructure services
• Evaluate new technology to be implemented, ensuring system integration, connectivity and access control measures are conducted securely
• Provide advisory and resolution for cyber security matters, including vulnerability assessments, security reviews of IT system, network, endpoints and business applications
• Responsible for handling and managing of any cyber security incident
• Responsible for IT Service Management such as IT request, change, problem and incident management.
• Develop strategic and operational plans in support of the organizations strategic plan
• Establish, revise and review IT infrastructure and cyber security policies and process, ensuring compliance across the company
• Champion internal, external, regulatory, and other audits end-to-end, providing advisory on risks and issues, for all IT infrastructure and cyber security matters
• Plan and manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budget
• Oversees IT infrastructure and cyber security related procurement ensuring competitive and effective costing
• Oversee project implementation and point of escalation if any issues
• Validate and track committed expenditure and resources
• Provides leadership and oversee the development of the Infra Operations & Cloud Architecture team to build a technically competent and high level of unity and trusted team

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Information Technology
• 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure including on premise and cloud; covering virtualization technologies, servers (Windows and Linux), storage, network switches, wireless, firewall, datacenter, O365 and computer endpoints
• Experience in developing and managing cyber security programs to address enterprise risk
• Experience working on and managing an IT operation team
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in a fast-moving environment
• Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
• Experience in financial and budget management, scheduling and resource management
• Good leadership, verbal and written communication skills
• People person with the ability to multi-task and manage users expectations at all levels
