Strategic: (40%) Regional integrated marketing lead for Travel Retail APAC
Partnering closely with our regional brand marketing, Communications, Insights and In-market digital team (China and Korea) to develop aggressive 360 digital marketing strategy that targets travelers across different travel stages within the region that drives maximum reach, awareness and engagement in our Pretail environment
Support communication between in-market digital teams and regional brand teams and with NY TR teams to achieve successful roll-out of locally driven and/or retailer led digital initiatives
Digital Strategy and partnerships
Develop high-impact digital media strategy that drive maximum reach/ awareness/ conversion for product/ digital campaign launches.
Collaborate with ELC key media and digital platform partners within APAC region (e.g. Facebook//Tencents/Alibaba etc) to identify trends/opportunities that drives maximum exposure for travel retail brands.
Design programs that create deeper engagement with travelers through always-on strategy in skincare/make-up and fragrance category amongst Travelers (e.g. OTA partnership opportunities)
Plan and execute on Database Marketing and CRM opportunities within the TR channel with retailer and 3rd party partners to effectively segment, target and monetize the traveling consumer
Working with Analytics team in developing global media dashboards - Measuring, reporting and optimize the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Execution (60%): Support growth of Travel Retail APAC Pretail eCommerce site launches /promotions and innovations
Managing the roll out of Pretail eCommerce sites for ELC brands TR APAC markets
Partner with brand, and sales teams to roll-out digital campaigns to accelerate sales and brand equity driving activations during key shopping moments/peak travel seasons for APAC markets (Golden week, singles day etc.)
Be a thought-leader to Identify and implement digital capabilities, technologies and trends that provides high service experience in the Pretail environment
Working closely with retailers and regional brand teams to ensure timely sites updates/refreshes and maximize brands exposures on retailer.com platforms
Content management - Liaison between in-market teams and brands to ensure product content are complete and submitted to retailers timely
Qualifications Requirements:
At least 8-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Ecommerce in APAC region
Solid experience in development and execution of the following:
Digital media campaigns: Display, Mobile
Ecommerce/ Demand generation/ Sampling campaigns
Data/Insight-driven, strong sense of accountability and solution-oriented are key.
Experience working with digital platforms \xe2\x80\x93 global (Facebook, Google, IG etc) and Regional (Alipay, Tencents, Ctrip etc)
Strong Project management and Stakeholder management skills is crucial
Experience/Interest in Beauty/Fashion/Luxury/FMCG will be an advantage
Familiar with the working of large MNCs
Degree in Marketing, New Media or relevant field
Good written and verbal communication skills in English with reasonable grasp of spoken Mandarin would be an advantage
A multi-tasker and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
