Job Description

What the role is:The support role is within the Internal Audit Unit.What you will be working on:

• Assist in secretariat support for Audit and Risk meetings which includes duties such as coordinating with stakeholders on preparatory work (e.g. meeting schedule, putting up procurement documentations for approval) and managing/tracking inputs for meeting materials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing support in managing external service providers which includes duties such as assisting in obtaining security clearance for consultants to perform IAU\'s work, coordinating meeting schedules, tracking outstanding matters, and drafting meeting notes. \xe2\x80\xa2 When required, to provide support to the audit and/or investigation teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertaking various ad-hoc duties as assigned, such as: - Extracting and consolidating information from various systems - Supporting data analytics and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tasks - Formatting work for reports using MS office. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing administrative support for the unit, including consolidating returns for budget, enterprise risk management, and system user access rights etc.

What we are looking for:

• Good interpersonal, analytical, communication skills and report writing skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous with an eye for details. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive, self-motivated, able to multi-task and capable of working independently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office including basic knowledge of data analytics using MS Excel \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to develop RPA work processes will be advantageous.
