Manager Investment Operations
Job Description
1. Perform Operational activities pertaining to Investment Ops with focus on processes like Settlements, Corporate Action, and Reconciliation.
2. Ensure assigned tasks are processed in accordance with agreed service levels & ensure processing accuracy of all the work performed.
3. Accountable to business on fulfilling service delivery including client experience and maintaining good relationship with the business unit.
4. Accountable for comprehensive risk management and no audit failures for the unit
5. Attend to internal and external customer queries.
6. Carry out any ad hoc assignment as given by Supervisor or Section Head
7. Manage projects, perform UAT and engage in the bank\'s digitalisation initiatives.
Qualifications
- University degree with minimum 5 - 6 years of work experience in Financial Industry or Banking Operations
- Knowledge/working experience in Investment products like Shares, Unit Trust, Insurance, Deposits
- Experience in handling projects
- Possess good communication & problem-solving skills.
