You are responsible for managing communication between a company's corporate management and the investors.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute investor relations programmes to facilitate communication and liaison with the investment community. Support the development of the documentation and communication processes, including preparation of annual reports, drafting of announcements, press releases and media reports, scripts, talking points, Q&A documents, key messages, and presentation and pitch materials to analysts, as well as new and existing investors. Organize and participate in meetings with investment community such as analysts' meetings, investor conferences and roadshows. Handle media relations and other activities such as Corporate Social Responsibility. Conduct research and analysis of REITs, real estate industry, economic environment and funds flow, etc. To keep abreast of developments in the industry, investment trends as well as to track company-specifics such as analysts' consensus, feedback on company's strategies and activities. Manage the production of the REIT's annual sustainability report in accordance with SGX reporting requirements, and GRESB submission.

Job Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or Communications. Preferably with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Excellent writing skills. Familiarity with the real estate industry and exposure to equity capital markets and/or a strong grasp of finance will be a distinct advantage. Pro-active, customer-focused, a good team player and independent in working in a fast-paced environment. * Required to obtain the CMFAS license.
