Job Description

[What the role is] As an IT Manager, you will play an integral part of our IT technology team, serving as a key contributor to the performance, reliability and security of our enterprise level systems.
[What you will be working on]
Performing thorough requirements analysis for the website/application/system.
Collaborating with IT vendors to architect, design, implement and maintain systems.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve user interface (UI) and overall functionality.
Safeguarding the systems' security governance.
Conducting regular performance tuning and optimisation.
Providing technical support and guidance on the digital platform to both internal staff and external stakeholders.
[What we are looking for]
Areas of study in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
At least 1-year experience in IT system development and maintenance and project management.
Certifications in relevant technologies or project management methodologies (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are highly advantageous.
Proficiency in web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with database management systems.
Proven track record in requirements analysis and system implementation.
Experience working with IT vendors and managing external partnerships
Familiarity with IT security protocols and best practices.
An understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
Keen analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work effectively in collaborative settings as well as independently.
