What the role is:
In this role, you will be managing a wide-ranging suite of applications that the Development Control Group uses. These include workflow management systems, data exchange platforms and performance monitoring solutions, amongst other functions. Building Information Modelling (BIM) and GIS are also key components that are integral to our core functions (and it will be a plus if you have working knowledge of these). You will also work in cross-Group teams and often with vendors, to drive project timelines and deliverables. Project and contract management are core functions in this role. As part of operations, you will also partner the business reps in change management e.g. onboarding and training users in the use of new systems, hence this is not a desk-bound job confined to the backend. Beyond the routine operations, you will also support the Group in actively looking out for emerging technologies and facilitate process re-engineering, leveraging on relevant tech enablers.
What you will be working on:
You will be involved in: o Actively looking out for and applying emerging technologies in the Built Environment sector e.g. Building Information Modelling (BIM), GIS, AI-enablers in the AEC domain o Data management o Managing information systems at the business side, as a system administrator o Reviewing and implementing internal procedures on data security o Managing procurement activities, including contract management o Design, development and administration of web contents o Project Management (User side) - systems development and maintenance (including related admin e.g. payments, budgeting, tracking vendor performance) o Coordinating change management e.g. onboarding and training for users in the use of new systems o Facilitating process re-engineering with insights on tech enablers and opportunities for automation

Requirements o A degree in any discipline, with preference in IT or Engineering o Passion for applying digital technologies to solve real world business problems and to enhance service delivery o Strong systems thinking while having a good eye for details o Good analytical, writing, presentation and communication skills o Self-motivated and able to work independently o Values growth and development as a team o Thrives in a fast-paced environment o Preferably 3-5 years relevant experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply The successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract in the first instance, with continuation subject to further assessments and considerations.
