Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct all restaurant operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food, service, health and safety, ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.
Job Duties
  • Korean Speaking
  • Set operating goals and objectives.
  • Assess staffing requirement and recruit staff when needed
  • Manage staff performance in accordance with established standards and procedures
  • Monitor adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in kitchen and restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with restaurant security procedures
  • Interact with customers to ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly
  • Identify and estimate food and beverage supply requirements and place order with local and/or overseas suppliers (Ie : Fresh produce, wines & etc)
  • Any other ad-hoc Task as determined by the director Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least diploma level or its equivalent
  • At least 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in F&B Operational experience and at least 3 years managerial experience
  • Familiar with Korean Food and culture
  • Requires nights and weekend availability
  • Proven ability to multi-task and supervise, independent, ability to work under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced working environment.
