Maintain high standards of food, service, health and safety, ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.
Job Duties
Korean Speaking
Set operating goals and objectives.
Assess staffing requirement and recruit staff when needed
Manage staff performance in accordance with established standards and procedures
Monitor adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in kitchen and restaurant
Ensure compliance with restaurant security procedures
Interact with customers to ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly
Identify and estimate food and beverage supply requirements and place order with local and/or overseas suppliers (Ie : Fresh produce, wines & etc)
Any other ad-hoc Task as determined by the director Requirements
Candidates must possess at least diploma level or its equivalent
At least 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in F&B Operational experience and at least 3 years managerial experience
Familiar with Korean Food and culture
Requires nights and weekend availability
Proven ability to multi-task and supervise, independent, ability to work under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced working environment.
