What the role is:You formulate and govern strategic policies to safeguard optimal and efficient usage of land and infrastructure resources allocated to MINDEF.What you will be working on:You also develop land-use strategies and support strategic MINDEF/national-level development projects that have high impact on land and resource, and drive initiatives to improve energy and water efficiency and infrastructure sustainability in MINDEF. Your challenge lies in understanding complex policy issues, providing sound analysis, and articulating considerations to senior management.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 2 to 3 years\' work experience in engineering and/or technical project management, or a related field. Knowledge in policy making, strategic planning, governance, engineering and/or project management is preferred. Proficiency with data analytics and visualisation tools will be beneficial. Possession of strong critical and lateral thinking, planning, interpersonal, presentation and communication (both written and spoken) skills is required. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
