You will be part of the Marine & Logistics Operations team at OBS providing integrated support in logistics and small pleasure craft (up to approximately 20m) operations for the smooth running of all OBS programmes across all OBS campuses and area of operations.What you will be working on:As a Manager (Marine Operations), you will play a key role in the planning and execution of sea front operations, maintaining the operational readiness of the sea crafts and equipment, as well as ensure all required marine support are consistently and promptly met with high levels of safety, quality, service, and customer satisfaction. This is primarily achieved through effective contractor management to ensure that the services provided are of a high standard, as well as performing procurement processes such as drafting up of specifications and contracts to obtain new equipment and services. You are also expected to value add to the Marine Operations team and OBS in its transformation and expansion through the application of deep technical knowledge and experience. You will lead projects related to the marine operations, engaging internal stakeholders and external organisations in the Marine industry.What we are looking for:
