Additionally, to support Yellow Ribbon Singapore's (YRSG) efforts in maintaining brand visibility and corporate relations with strategic partners. xe2x80xa2 Oversee and conduct regular reviews on the Quality Service Management (QSM) protocol and service standards within the organisation. xe2x80xa2 Manage and address feedback, complaints and inquiries from the public through the feedback hotline and Feedback Management System. xe2x80xa2 Monitor and facilitate the appeal process and ensure that they are addressed in a timely manner. xe2x80xa2 Work with various divisions and stakeholders to improve QSM protocol, processes and service delivery. xe2x80xa2 Identify, collect and preserve the heritage and stories related to YRSG. xe2x80xa2 Coordinate heritage preservation efforts within the organisation by liaising with external and internal stakeholders. xe2x80xa2 Maintain and manage YRSG's corporate website and slides, ensuring that the information is up to date, and aligned with organisation's branding and messaging. xe2x80xa2 Proactively keep up with and apply new concepts to improve corporate website. xe2x80xa2 Coordinate the distribution of festive goodies to YRSG's strategic partners to maintain corporate relations efforts. xe2x80xa2 Develop and innovate corporate gifting ideas for YRSG's corporate collaterals. xe2x80xa2 Manage the production and distribution of corporate collaterals, ensuring consistency and alignment with YRSG's branding. Other duties xe2x80xa2 Reporting of communications KPI. xe2x80xa2 Update corporate presentation deck. xe2x80xa2 Plan and design communications eDMs. xe2x80xa2 Any additional duties, as assigned.What we are looking for:
