Manager (media Industry Development)

Job Description
You will be part of a team that implements programmes to develop a vibrant media industry in Singapore that comprises international media MNCs, enterprising media SMEs, industry associations and award-winning talents. You will work with showrunners, IP creators and MNCs to collaborate with media SMEs and talent through various programmes under IMDA\xe2\x80\x99s mandate to grow Singapore as a media hub.
Responsibilities include the following aspects:
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve industry development goals
- and outcomes
- Review and lead in scoping and implementing project plans with leading MNCs, SMEs and
- talents
- Proactively monitor closely the progress of ongoing projects, problem solve where required and ensure that deliverables are met in a timely manner
- Degree holder
- At least 5 years of managerial working experience with knowledge of business development and project management for media related sectors
- Result oriented, self-motivated and able to navigate in a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Well-versed in stakeholder (internal and external) management
- Have strong project management, analytical capabilities
- Confident speaking, writing, presenting, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of media business is a plus
Location: Near Pasir Panjang MRT
Salary: $6,000/month
Contract Period: 11 months
