Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and guide the operation team in the daily business and operational functions to ensure deliverables andcompliance are met
• Resolve operational issues and analyze the situation to identify potential problems. Brainstorm constructive solutions toreach consensus amongst relevant stakeholders.
• Train, mentor and support staff and new team members to grow effectively
• Vet clients visual to ensure the visual adhere to ASAS, LTA and internal regulations
• Justify and seek management approval for special adhoc projects
• To manage growth business projects
• To handle all existing maintenance contracts
• Explore and provide ground solutions for new initiatives
• Formalize new and review current operation work processes (SOP, workflow and reporting format etc.) to improveefficiency and accuracy
• Develop and foster strong working partnerships with all relevant stakeholders
• Provide timely and accurate report submissions to management

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field preferred. Diploma with relevant experience can be considered.
• At least 7 - 10 years working experience in media industry
• Have supervisory experience to lead a team of media production officers

• Highly driven individual who is capable to handle multiple tasks under pressure, and able to meet deadlines
