Sephora SEA's omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).
The Opportunity
A part of the Regional Marketing team, the Media team at Sephora is a dynamic, passionate, and innovative group responsible for shaping and delivering Sephora's marketing presence and performance. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we pride ourselves on taking a data-driven approach to decision-making.
We are looking for a Media Manager to lead the planning and execution of top-funnel campaigns across Sephora's owned brand moments and brand-partner initiatives. In this role, you will manage two direct reports and work closely with our external media agency partners to jointly plan, execute, and elevate all TOFU media efforts--driving Sephora's brand awareness and consideration across the region.
