What the role is
You formulate and review medical informatics plans and policies.
What you will be working on
You also utilise data processing and analysis skills to identify areas of growth and propose targeted healthcare programmes so as to improve frontline healthcare delivery. Your challenge lies in being able to think critically across the healthcare and informatics domains, adapt to the rapidly evolving medical informatics landscape and to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholder to drive initiatives and achieve the work objectives.
What we are looking for
You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in healthcare science, computer science, healthcare administration, biomedical science, public health, informatics or a related field, and with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience in implementing healthcare informatics systems in a healthcare institution or medical informatics company. You should have a good understanding of medical informatics systems, and be knowledgeable on the current best practices in the field. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
