We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative individual to drive
cross-market growth
by identifying opportunities across
Vertical x Destination x Origin
dimensions, and to
streamline internal workflows
for higher operational efficiency. This role requires both strategic thinking and strong execution ability -- connecting data insights to commercial impact through close collaboration with marketing, supply, and product teams.
What you'll do
Drive Growth through Insights:
Leverage data to uncover business opportunities across verticals, destinations, and origins. Identify key growth levers and develop actionable strategies to improve sales performance regionally.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, supply, product, and operations teams to align priorities, optimize category performance, and ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
Process Improvement:
Map and streamline collaboration workflows across teams to enhance efficiency and ensure clear ownership of deliverables and accountability across markets.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Design and maintain dashboards or frameworks to monitor performance KPIs (sales, sessions, CVR, ROI, etc.), provide regular insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Strategic Projects:
Support cross-market or cross-category initiatives (e.g., seasonal campaigns, vertical playbooks, or process improvement projects) from planning to post-mortem analysis.
What you'll need
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
5-8 years
of experience in
e-commerce, strategy, category management, or consulting
Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (SQL or data visualization tools is a plus)
Proven experience working in
cross-functional environments
, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment
Excellent communication skills -- able to translate data and business insights into clear recommendations
Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented problem solver
Experience in
regional or multi-market roles
is a plus
