Make an Impact by:

• Plan the network architecture, system performance improvement, capacity need and Life Cycle Management.
• Plan, develop and project manage the network expansion, enhancement, and life cycle management.
• Support Singtel Mobile Common Core, Interconnect and Charging, i.e. coordinate with various Networks teams to support business initiatives, work with Operations teams to resolve customer complaints.
• Work with stakeholders in Product Development, Marketing and Engineering in the requirements compilation and clarification, and lead in discussions with vendor on the solutioning.
• Lead, gather, understand and evaluate the requirements from the various functional units to perform technical feasibility and to formulate the technical specifications.
• Oversee day-to-day administration and management of project deployment/implementation including Capex & Opex management, system performance monitoring and training etc.
• Engage in commercial and technical negotiation with vendors.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Working experience in telecommunications industry preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile telecommunications technologies and architecture, including 3G, LTE, IMS Core, VoLTE and 5G. Knowledge on IP networking, mobile charging and mobile value-added services and applications
• Understanding of 3GPP specifications/standards inclusive of SIGTRAN, SIP, Diameter protocol and IP networking.
• Basic financial knowledge of project procurement, including capital and operational expenditures.
• Basic understanding of legal contracts.
• Goal oriented with good analytical skill. Committed to deliver high quality output.
