About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Liaison Officer (MLO) supporting the Mortgage Sales teams, you will be responsible for providing support to our Mortgage Specialist/Housing Loan Specialists/Property Specialist

  • Deliver superior customer servicing and contribute to the overall Mortgage Sales customer service experience
  • Assist and liaise with customers\' requests
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders on behalf of the Specialists
  • Administrative and documentation support and to ensure compliance with Bank\'s policies and procedures
  • Ensure data integrity and completeness by performing steps required to ensure information/demographic details are updated in Bank\'s systems (BWCIF/CRM)
  • Effectively manage and track sales campaigns and manage leads and provide timely updates
  • Prepare reports for timely submission to Management
  • Prepare presentation decks for Meetings/Newsletter
  • Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor/s
Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years\' experience in consumer banking
  • Able to work independently as well as in a Team
  • Possess good inter personal skills
  • Good in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Access
