Manager (National Trauma Unit)
Trauma Centre

Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Manager is required to direct and oversee the daily operations of the National Trauma Unit (NTU) and the National Trauma Registry (NTR). This includes: -
Planning, maintaining and leading work procedures, systems, and policies that would encourage and enable the optimum performance of the team members
Manage the overall budgetary and financial responsibilities of the registry and trauma unit
Drive the secretariat team in providing support to the National Trauma Committee (NTC) and the appointed trauma workgroups
Manage multidisciplinary collaborative trauma projects and initiatives
Plan and coordinate national trauma care standards and best practices framework
Develop evidence-based national policies and strategies
Perform statistical and analytical reviews, as well as quality assurance audits initiated by the NTC and Ministry of Health (MOH)
Ensure timely reporting to the major stakeholders from across the government to healthcare providers
Requirement
Degree in Nursing/Biomedical/Public Health
At least 8 years of experience, preferably in managing healthcare projects and registries
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and statistical programs
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to travel to the various sites in Singapore
Good analytical, communication, organisational and time management skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Able to lead project teams and managing large-scale projects
Proactive, meticulous, dynamic, resourceful, self-motivated and collaborative
