Make an Impact by:

• Financial: Manage the Tier 1 OA&M of 5G Base-Station equipment Opex spending within targeted budget.
• Optimal workforce management through efficient insourcing and out-sourcing strategies.
• 5G Field Operation incubator to POC the 5G base-stations design, deployment & maintenance processes and framework.
• Map out best practices in 5G Base-Station operations & maintenance; driving training to align the processes.
• To look into all current operation & maintenance processes and drive automation/remote invention to reduce truck-rolls for fault calls.
• Co-lead the PCM team
• Explore means which Singtel could minimize its opex spending related to OA&M of 5G Base-Station equipment.
• Drive continuous re-training and accreditation program to keep and align skillsets.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Electrical/ Telecommunication/ Mobile & Wireless Network Engineering or IT Engineering.
• Experience in network operation, human resource management, as well as cross-functional project implementation.
• Experience Work at Height & Safey on Rooftops and 5G Network.
