What the role is:You assist in managing National Service (NS) administration for NSmen, in accordance with MINDEF's NS management system. You are the main liaison between NSmen and the NS management system.What you will be working on:- Support NSmen in human resource and administrative matters - Coordinate training for NSmen - Manage feedback from NSmen and contribute to creating a positive NS experience - Plan and manage NS HR administration for all ranks and levels - Conduct National Service succession planning Challenge(s) - Understanding the unique demands of the NS system - Balancing the needs of NSmen with organisational requirements - Ensuring effective HR administration across all ranks and levelsWhat we are looking for:- At least 2 years of experience in related fields is preferred - Good command of English (written and oral) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to define problems, generate ideas, evaluate solutions, implement and assess outcomes - Understanding of NS policies and administration Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
