What the role is:You are responsible for the management of NS Human Resource (HR) matters.What you will be working on:On this, you liaise with relevant agencies on the resolution of HR issues raised by NSmen, as well as assist in areas of staffing, succession planning and performance appraisal. Your challenge lies in being able to accurately anticipate potential scenarios and to stay ahead of the engagement curve in meeting NSmen\'s concerns and needs.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with prior work experience in HR Administration. You must have good communication and interpersonal skills, and have a strong command of written and spoken English. You should also be organised and a team player. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
