Requirements:
Minimum Tertiary Education in Business, Marketing and/or related field.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Wines & Spirits, FMCG industry and Modern Trade.
Possess own vehicle with valid Class 3 license will be an advantage.
Experience in leading a team of merchandisers.
Ability to speak both English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
Strong negotiation skill, excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Efficient problem solving and analytical skills, result oriented and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Develop sales channels, Deliver sales volume to meet sales objectives and strong product presence & distribution, in Off-Premise sector.
Manage assigned modern trade accounts including supermarkets and convenience stores.
Build, Develop & Manage account and client relationships.
Liaise and Strategize on product display space to achieve optimum visual merchandising of products.
Lead and Supervise a merchandising team and ensure effectiveness of deployment.
Manage day-to-day operations related matters with merchandisers and branch managers.
Plan, Coordinate and Execute product launch campaigns & activities, achieving business objectives & goals.
Plan, Strategize and Manage Sales Activities, Revenue Forecast and Budget.
Analyse, Evaluate and Report on Competitors' pricing & activities as well as Customers' feedback.
Prepare and Upkeep of sales call reports and administration tasks.
Working with various departments and personnel to facilitate daily operations.
Salary commensurate with experience. Remuneration includes basic salary, commission and transport allowance.
