Category Strategy Management for selected category areas.
In-depth knowledge of category areas and supply base.
Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define action plans for improvement and optimization.
Drive cost down and devise negotiation plans.
Supplier Relationship Management.
Contract Management.
Track performance of suppliers and category areas, including corrective actions where necessary.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree holder.
At least 5 years work experience in category procurement.
Supply Base knowledge in assigned categories.
Tech knowledge in assigned categories.
Experienced in Category Management in Indirect Procurement and Services.
Supplier Relationship Management Skills.
Negotiation Skills.
SAP, Ariba P2P knowledge.
Procurement Process Source to Contract (S2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) knowledge.
Ability to understand, engage and influence stakeholders to optimize Procurement Process together.
Able to provide clarity into Procurement Process and compliance requirements to stakeholders.
Able to drive changes to address gaps in processes with minimal supervision.
