Job Description
:
- Category Strategy Management for selected category areas.
- In-depth knowledge of category areas and supply base.
- Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define action plans for improvement and optimization.
- Drive cost down and devise negotiation plans.
- Supplier Relationship Management.
- Contract Management.
- Track performance of suppliers and category areas, including corrective actions where necessary.
- Diploma or Degree holder.
- At least 5 years work experience in category procurement.
- Supply Base knowledge in assigned categories.
- Tech knowledge in assigned categories.
- Experienced in Category Management in Indirect Procurement and Services.
- Supplier Relationship Management Skills.
- Negotiation Skills.
- SAP, Ariba P2P knowledge.
- Procurement Process Source to Contract (S2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) knowledge.
- Ability to understand, engage and influence stakeholders to optimize Procurement Process together.
- Able to provide clarity into Procurement Process and compliance requirements to stakeholders.
- Able to drive changes to address gaps in processes with minimal supervision.
