Job Description

Our client is a prominent real estate platform in the APAC region, active across several major markets. They focus on redeveloping properties into high-performing assets and have a proven history of leveraging sector growth, introducing innovative solutions, and staying agile in response to market shifts. They are currently looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting from regional finance teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness Lead multi-entity consolidation in line with IFRS and relevant local accounting standards Review and analyse consolidated financial statements at group and sub-group levels Manage ledger ownership and coordinate with finance outsourcing partners Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial due diligence initiatives Drive the annual audit process and serve as the key contact for external auditors Manage tax compliance in partnership with external advisors Oversee treasury reporting and monitor compliance with loan covenants Handle corporate secretarial matters for group entities Strengthen internal controls and maintain the group's chart of accounts Enhance finance policies, processes, and reporting efficiency Champion automation, digitisation, and system improvement projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA) advantageous Minimum 8 years' experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years focused on group reporting and consolidation Strong expertise in IFRS and multi-entity consolidation processes Analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at solving complex problems Effective communicator, able to work well with cross-functional teams Experience in the real estate sector and knowledge of Oracle NetSuite will be highly regarded
