About Our Client
Our client is an established hedge fund with offices in New York, Dubai, India and Singapore. In view of expansion plans, the Singapore office has now created a new Manager - Operations role in line with future growth.

• Operational: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring seamless, scalable, and efficient operational processes.
• Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the CEO, CIO, and other senior leaders to translate the fund\'s strategic plans into actionable operational goals.
• Risk Management: Oversee risk management protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Technology Oversight: Partner with the IT department to ensure the technological infrastructure supports the fund\'s growth and strategy, emphasizing cybersecurity and trade execution.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with brokers, prime brokers, administrators, auditors, and other service providers, ensuring optimal terms and service levels.
• Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure that the company\'s operations are in full compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Financial Oversight: In collaboration with the Accounts, oversee budgeting and book keeping
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent communication channels with all key stakeholders, both internal and external, regarding operational developments.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees such as an MBA are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hedge fund or broader financial services industry.
• Demonstrated track record of optimizing operations, scaling businesses, and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of the hedge fund landscape, financial markets, and regulatory environment.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.
