What the role is:You play an important role in ensuring the ordnance (military supplies) supply chain operates to high standards to meet the daily demands.What you will be working on:On this, you manage the internal supply chain processes and collaborate with external agencies to ensure that supply chain and warehousing services are provided as contracted. Your challenges lie in becoming conversant with the finance and procurement systems, as well as being able to work beyond office hours when needed.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. Prior experience in supply chain management or logistics background is advantageous. You should possess good communication skills, is dynamic and self-motivated, and is proficient with MS Office. Experience in using SAP, as well as familiarity with optimisation, analytical and automation digital skills such as RPA(Robotic Process Automation), Microsoft Excel VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), and Power BI (Business Intelligence), is preferred. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
