Job Description


We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for the aviation industry and a keen interest in the spearheading the digital transformation efforts of Changi Airport Group. You will be driving the development of our consumer mobile application and related products that will transform our business and bring customer experience to greater heights.

You should possess a deep knowledge surrounding customer segments and behaviors in the aviation and mobile app context; drive decision-making across multiple stakeholders toward a user-centric outcome. In doing so, you are expected to leverage design, and technology to inform and direct policy decisions to improve overall user experience of the app.

As Manager, Partnership & Business Development, you are responsible for charting the strategy and execution of the partnership and business development framework for the Changi App and larger Changi digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Based on the strategic objectives of the Changi Digital Ecosystem, establish the partnership & business development framework for Changi App to drive positive business outcome
  • Curate list of possible partners (both internal and external), establish and maintain business relationships with these partners for the Changi app and digital ecosystem
  • Provide first-level technical assessment during the initial discussion and negotiate the partnership terms to ensure win-win situations for all parties
  • See through the end-to-end execution of partnership beyond negotiation, including seeking internal approval and concurrence for the terms of partnership, drafting of necessary contracts/agreements, as well as managing the cybersecurity assessment and onboarding process
  • Through the course of the partnership, to continuously review the performance of the key metrics to be measured as part of the partnership
  • Develop marketing strategies and work with the marketing team to maximize the performance of the partners
  • Explore and chart longer-term monetization roadmap of the Changi App and Changi Digital Ecosystem
Requirements:
  • At least 7-9 years of work experience in a partnership / business development / account management / customer success role, preferably in a tech related environment
  • Degree in Business / Statistics / Marketing or a related field
  • Good knowledge of digital product management processes with ability to understand technical architecture diagrams
  • Demonstrate strong ability to translate data to actionable insights
  • Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Results and customer oriented
