What the role is:About Outward Bound Singapore - a division of NYC Outward Bound Singapore (OBS) is a member of Outward Bound International - a global network of Outward Bound schools operating in 35 countries. Established in 1967, OBS is recognised for its leading experience in outdoor education with more than 500,000 people trained. As a national training institution, our mission is to develop mentally and physically rugged youths to be active citizens inspired to serve the community.What you will be working on:As Manager (Partnership Management), you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of the OBS programmes with our partners and internal stakeholders. You will set clear expectations, communications channels and interaction platforms to prevent or reduce potential customer management issues that may arise before, during or after the programme. When issues do arise, you will be expected to perform service recovery efforts. As the primary point of contact for OBS programme enrolment requirements and first line interaction with OBS\'s stakeholders on programme participation, you play a key role in balancing the needs of our partners with the capabilities and resources of OBS. You will also be working closely with the team to drive digitalisation and automation initiatives to improve processes and customer experience, assembling datasets that meet business requirements and providing administrative and logistical support for OBS programmes. Join us for a meaningful and exciting career at OBS.What we are looking for:Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant working experience of minimum 2 years in partnership/ stakeholder management work, operations, client servicing or programme administration \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in digitalisation, automation and/or data analytics will be highly advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in data visualisation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, is an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly organised, meticulous with high attention to details with innate concerns on data quality and accuracy \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal skills, and comfortable in group presentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills - a team player who can work in cross functional teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Resourceful, self-motivated, curious and high learning agility \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to be based at any of OBS\' campuses / sites and travel between sites (e.g. Pulau Ubin, East Coast Campus, Punggol Reception & Activity Centre, Changi Campsite, and OBS@Coney in the future)About National Youth Council:About National Youth Council (NYC) - Creating Opportunities for All Youth to Be Heard, Be Empowered, Be the Change At NYC, as the national agency for youth matters, we believe in a world where young people are respected and heard, able to take action on issues that matter and make a positive difference around them.
