Job Description


As Manager (Partnerships & Programmes), you will co-plan and review the concept, strategies and management of community programmes to \xe2\x80\x98Aggregate Needs & Resources, Build Capabilities and Connect Communities\xe2\x80\x99.

As Manager (Partnerships & Programmes), you will co-plan and review the concept, strategies and management of community programmes to \xe2\x80\x98Aggregate Needs & Resources, Build Capabilities and Connect Communities\xe2\x80\x99.

Your duties would also include providing administrative and secretariat support for the Central Singapore CDC Management:

a) Assist to handle and prioritise outgoing and incoming correspondence from key stakeholders and external partners in a professional manner.

c) Perform and coordinate administrative duties such as managing calendar schedule, routinely updating upcoming commitments, and staffing for meetings, events, etc.

d) Coordinate meeting agendas, prepare meeting materials and notes of meetings, and manage follow-up from meetings, where applicable.

e) Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as required.

f) Discreetly handle highly confidential materials when interfacing with key stakeholders.

h) Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management.

You will develop and manage community programmes including planning, review, implementation of concepts, strategies and plans. These include managing donations and co-curating funding programmes with external partners. This will require you to perform proper budgeting and allocation of other resources to realize optimal utilization of resources to achieve the programme outcomes and KPIs.

The CDC works closely with corporate and community partners to do good. You will need to engage both internal and external stakeholders to strategically achieve the CDC\xe2\x80\x99s key thrusts and goals to build a \xe2\x80\x9cDo-Good\xe2\x80\x9d district. You will also be required to effectively engage and build positive relationships with Corporate Partners and Donors, Grassroots Organisations and other relevant stakeholders including residents to achieve the desired outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of current or past work experience in the education or public service sector.
  • Relevant experience in secretary work and programme management
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in a second language (e.g., Chinese, Malay or Tamil) will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
