Contract period :10 months (start : 15 Apr 23)

• Temps working for periods of 3 months or more are entitled to benefits.

Working hours :

Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM

Friday: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Mandatory skills :

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

• 4- 5 yrs experience managing technical projects, including Salesforce CRM deployments. Degree(>3 years) \xe2\x80\x93 budget $5,300.00 per month.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related technologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive and independent, comfortable interacting with people from all levels.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership in tasks assigned

• Independent, organized, analytical and excellent problem-solving skills

• High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Job responsibilities :

Technical Manager

Oversee and manage CRM system trial and deployment including:

• Develop and implement a project plan for the trial and deployment of the Salesforce CRM system

• Working with ATxPO team and IT department on requirements gathering, drafting and documenting processes relating to use of CRM system

• Coordinate with developers and vendors to ensure that the system is properly configured and integrated with other systems

• Lead the testing and quality assurance process to ensure that the system is functioning properly

• Train end-users on how to use the system and provide ongoing support as needed

• Monitor and report on the trial and deployment, making recommendations for improvements as needed

• Additional ad-hoc responsibilities relating to other technical platforms and systems used by the team (as required)
