What the role is:You execute, manage and monitor the administration of NSmen in the area of Performance Management.What you will be working on:In addition, you assist in promotion events.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 3 years' work experience in Human Resource (HR) management. You would need to plan, prioritise and work independently. You must also have good writing, communication and time management skills, aptitude for fostering relationships and be a team player. You would also need strong leadership and management skills, co-ordination, communication and good interpersonal skills. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
