What the role is:You execute, manage, and monitor the administration of Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen) in Performance Management.What you will be working on:- Manage and monitor NSmen performance evaluations - Assist in organising and conducting promotion events - Support the development and implementation of Performance Management initiatives Challenge(s) - Ensuring compliance with HR policies in NSmen performance assessmentWhat we are looking for:- At least 3 years of work experience in Human Resource (HR) management is preferred - Ability to plan and prioritise tasks - Capacity to work independently - Good writing and communication skills - Excellent time management skills - Aptitude for fostering relationships - Team player mentality (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
