What the role is:

You are responsible to plan, co-ordinate and manage the personnel development matters.

What you will be working on:

On this, you assist in manning, reinforcement and promotion for all personnel posted to the unit.

What we are looking for:

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with work experience in Human Resource and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Possession of good organisational, planning and interpersonal skills is essential. You must be able to communicate with senior management and be meticulous in staff work. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Candidates with no experience may apply.) Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
