What the role is:You assist with the current manpower staffing, and develop a sustainable longer-term Human Resource (HR) flow for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).What you will be working on:On this, you manage manpower and staffing matters, which includes staff qualification and preparatory courses. You are also responsible for the coordination, and reporting of manpower and staffing requirements. Your challenges lie in the need to work within a HR resource tight environment, being proficient in the diverse range of HR policies and directives, and being able to understand different manpower needs of the various entities.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 2 years\' experience in the training and/or HR domain. Being familiar with relevant HR policies, directives, and/or business processes are advantageous. Possession of strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
