Manager, Business Development (P Lines Distribution)
, you will drive the distribution strategy and performance of Personal Lines (P Lines) insurance products, including motor, travel, home, personal accident, and maid insurance. A key strategic focus in 2025 is to grow the number of
maid agency partners
to expand the distribution of maid insurance products significantly. This role is critical in supporting that direction, ensuring business development efforts are sustained and aligned with IncomeaEUR(TM)s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute distribution strategies to grow Personal Lines business across multiple channels (e.g., tied agency, digital, partnerships).
Lead business development efforts to expand the network of
maid agency partners
, in line with 2025 strategic priorities.
Manage and strengthen relationships with distribution partners, including agents, brokers, and digital platforms.
Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and identify opportunities to optimise channel effectiveness and profitability.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to support product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Ensure sales processes and practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
Provide training, coaching, and support to distribution teams and partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Lead or support strategic projects to improve distribution efficiency, customer experience, and digital enablement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on channel performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance distribution, preferably in Personal Lines.
Strong understanding of the Singapore insurance market and distribution landscape.
Proven track record in managing sales channels and achieving business targets.
Experience in partner acquisition and relationship management, especially with niche or specializspecialiseded partners like maid agencies, is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM and sales reporting tools.
