Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.You will be part of the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited (CLARML) and report to Vice President, Portfolio Management, International.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Vice President of International Portfolio Management to oversee the strategic, operational and financial performance of a portfolio(s) of properties within A-REIT\xe2\x80\x99s AUM overseas comprising Australia, United Kingdom, Europe and USAWork closely with overseas operations to develop asset plans, including \xe2\x80\x98hold-sell analysis\xe2\x80\x99, to maximise value of portfolio(s) through formulation, development and implementation of strategies for marketing, leasing, property management, asset enhancement and sustainabilityIdentify and drive redevelopment opportunities to maximise value of propertiesIdentify and drive divestment opportunities to recycle capitalMonitor and analyse financial and operational performance of portfolio(s) and work with partners including asset managers, leasing / account managers and property managers to maximise operational efficiency and financial performance, and deliver the business plan and sustainability target for the portfolio(s)Review overseas reports and approval submissionsOversee the annual valuation of properties in portfolio(s)Work closely with overseas operations to align their policies and processes with HQRequirementsDegree in Real Estate / Business / Finance or related disciplineMinimum 6 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience managing business space, industrial or logistics assetsFamiliar with real estate markets, valuation methodologies and asset managementPossess strong analytical and financial skillsExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsAble to multi-task and meet tight deadlinesAble to work with members across various organisational teams towards aligned objectivesBenefits
