Manage and support Postgraduate Coursework programs administration and operation in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering, including but not limited to Master of Science degree programs and Graduate Certificate programs.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day running of Postgraduate Coursework programs. o Student applications and admission processes.
o Modules registration setup and live registrations.
o Planning of Department\xe2\x80\x99s modules offering through School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE).
o Postgraduate exchange program.
o Postgraduate internship program.
o Examinations processing.
o Student candidature matters, networking, and activities.
o Updating of the Postgraduate Coursework website contents.

• Provide administrative support for Postgraduate Coursework curriculum and policy matters.

o Provide statistic reports.
o Facilitate program and module reviews.
o Facilitate program and module proposals.
o Plan and implement new program initiatives and ensure they run smoothly.
o Update programs setup.
o Maintain and update records of Postgraduate modules.
o Manage instructors\xe2\x80\x99 appointment for various roles in the Department\xe2\x80\x99s self-funded programs and modules.

• Manage and support timetable creation and maintenance.

o Plan and setup timetable for Graduate Certificate programs
o Oversee the day-to-day running of Graduate Certificate classes.
o Support planning and implementation of graduate programs\xe2\x80\x99 timetable.
o Support planning and implementation of examinations timetable.

• Manage and oversee the management of programs\xe2\x80\x99 finance matters.

o Work with Program Directors in preparing budget reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from a reputable institution, with at least 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience, ideally in tertiary institutions.
• Passion to provide students with the utmost support and guidance for the success of their learning journey at NUS; a people-person.
• Knowledge / experience in student recruitment and publicity is advantageous.
• Well organized with strong administrative skills.
• Creative, resourceful, and hands-on.
• Proficient in Microsoft software.
• Comfortable with learning new educational record systems.
• Open to fixed term contract
