Salary: $110-135k p.a. + bonus
The Company
The Group is noted for its Public and Private market real estate platforms. It has grown progressively as a substantial global investor with multi-sector interests comprising traditional and new economy assets and close to $95bn AUM. Besides consistent, organic growth, its appetite for growth remains undimmed with plans for new fund launches. The firm now seeks to strengthen its private markets fund-raising team with the appointment of a Business Development & Client Relationship Manager.
The Position
Located in Singapore, the appointed individual will be responsible for front- to back-end support for capital-raising. This will include business development initiatives to raise profile and expand exposure to new prospective investors, the introduction of new product/fund launches complete with the development of pitch book presentations and management of investor queries and support to marketing materials, investor roadshows and client onboarding. Naturally, the role will also support ongoing client management including fund performance updates and building responses to RFI/RFP requests.
The Person
Interested candidates will offer a good Degree (Real Estate, Finance/Economics, Marketing & Communications) around 6+ years working experience and a minimum of 3+ years exposure undertaking a similar business development and client management role comprising pitch presentations to institutional investors (pension funds, insurance groups, multi-managers and similar). Ideally, this will have been secured within a noted, international Private Equity Real Estate asset management firm whilst enjoying broad international coverage. Sound knowledge of real estate investment is essential.
