As a Manager, Procurement, you will lead sourcing and purchasing activities for assigned commodity groups, ensuring best?value supply of parts and services that meet program, quality and delivery requirements.

What you'll do:

Manage buyer team workload, priorities and development. Develop commodity strategies, conduct RFQs and evaluate supplier proposals. Negotiate pricing, terms and inventory agreements with suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective action and cost?reduction projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on supplier qualifications. Maintain accurate purchase order data in ERP and support audit requirements.

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related discipline. 5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience; aerospace preferred. Good understanding of the relevant airworthiness and regulatory agencies requirements Familiar with freight forwarding and shipping documentation and procedures Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Familiarity with cost?breakdown analysis and should?cost modeling. Proficiency in ERP purchasing modules and Microsoft Office.
