• Customer-centric Product Owner role responsible for a mix portfolio of assigned Broadband, Fixed Voice and/or Converged Value Added Solutions relevant to Mobile, Broadband and TV core services.
• Lead project squads consisting of multiple internal stakeholders like Networks, IT (BSS/OSS, DX etc), Product Marketing and so forth; and/or external stakeholders like vendors to create Customer Journeys and clear define User Requirements.
• Skillful in AGILE and/or PMP methodologies to deliver timely and cost effective (within budget) solutions. Must have self-discipline to track and drive a project activities and timelines
• Vendor management. Must be familiar with Singtel procurement (approval band, SOW etc), risk and legal frameworks for tenders.
• Able to develop business case to determine initiative feasibilities.
• Able to technically evaluate internal (Network and IT) and external (vendor) solutions, value add and recommend preferred solution.
• Able to develop and execute short and long term product plans (up to 3 years)
• Ensure compliance to regulatory, security and corporate governance

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology

3 years of relevant experience

Understanding of telecommunications and financial management

Internet Broadband technology & WiFI technology
