From idea generation, business case formulation and to define product features, break those features into product backlog, engage related stakeholders to facilitate the development of the products.
To manage Roaming Business Platform including Roaming Billing System, Welcome SMS Platform, OTA Platform, NRTRDE Platform, Data Clearing Platform and new product platforms.
To engage with Network, IT and vendors to drive new product development.
To develop coverage in 5G, VoLTE & LTE roaming.
To manage 500 roaming partners daily operation.
Handle and manage outbound and inbound roaming customer complaints.
Drive to elevate roaming customer experience in product construct, marketing communications, customer journey.
