We manage the product roadmap and delivery for two flagship services: Singtel Protect - General Insurance and Singtel Protect \xe2\x80\x93 Life Insurance. These services cater to Singtel Mobile and Broadband customers, offering a comprehensive range of insurance products to meet their diverse needs.Make an Impact by

• End to end delivery timeline for insurance service buy flow and provisioning to launch
• Building operational policies within Agile product development, procedures and processes
• methodologies
• Running of product operational forums and liaison with suppliers and vendors
• Ongoing product development and feature implementation
• Co-Build & maintain effective product technology road maps and strategies for the business
• Understand and track competitor activities specific to product categories
• Ensure that the product development plans comply with relevant legal and compliance policies
• Enable customer facing staff with specialist product training and support through Learning & Development
• Accountable for liaising with external suppliers and vendors to understand prevailing and emerging market/technology trends, customer needs, and to manage new products and services launch that will assist the department to compete profitably.
• Gathering of requirements and participating in the end-to-end platform requirements.
• Extraction of key performance statistical data for management reporting.

Skills for Success

• Degree in Computer Science & Engineering (any type).
• At least 2 years of experience in project management / product development
• Proficient in Agile methodologies
• Certified Product Owner (e.g. Scrum Alliance)

• Proficient in JIRA

• Experienced in launching services and able to manage stakeholders across departments
• Good-to-have: knowledge in API (Application Protocols and Interfaces)
• Good-to-have: Familiar with integrating database infrastructure with front-end publishing systems/CRMs
