Porsche Asia Pacific is offering a vacancy as Manager Product Monitoring and Technical Support within its After Sales team.
Provide daily, general technical & diagnostic support, as well as technical parts support to all importers within the Asia Pacific region
Manage quality field analysis, monitor and evaluate technical vehicle quality, in close collaboration with headquarters/ technical competence centre/ R&D
Support the markets in vehicle diagnostics and fault finding, related to Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles (ICE), Plug-In Hybrid Electrical Vehicles (PHEV), and Battery Electrical Vehicles (BEV), as well as special tools, workshop equipment and Porsche After Sales IT systems
Oversee the High-Voltage/Li-Ion Battery repair concept, incl. working on live systems (High Voltage Expert), training and preparing markets for introduction of Battery Electric Vehicles
Supervise body and paint shop assessments, incl. training management and further development of the body repair business in the Asia Pacific region
Manage and organise regional technical conferences as well as support the After Sales team in various projects and assignments
Qualifications
Certified Master Technician, Porsche experience would be an advantage
Excellent overall understanding of automotive technology, diagnostics and repair
At least 5 years automotive retail background (Service operational experience)
Proficiency in MS Office
Well versed in organization, presentation, English language (written and spoken), communication, and reporting skills
Displays reliability, ability to work independently and leadership skills
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel on a flexible schedule depending on business needs
